Turn around time is normally 24-48 hours. All orders placed after 2:00pm will be considered the next business day processing.

Please Note: Processing time is different from shipping time & pick-up time. Your order will be ready to ship/pick-up once its been processed according to the turn around time above. Shipping is normally 1-3 days depending on your location.

NOTE: For all RUSH ORDERS (SAME-DAY PICK UP) there will be a $25 rush fee! 12:00PM (CST) Central Standard Time is cut off time for SAME DAY RUSH ORDERS.

The best quality for your files will be as a PNG, SVG or PDF usually. JPG or JPEG is usually low quality. However, no matter what you upload, the program will indicate when the quality is low. We recommend uploading files in sRGB & 300DPI for the best possible output and vibrancy. Your image MUST have a transparent background unless your art requires it. This allows your design to be borderless, otherwise it will print with whatever background the design is on as a flat square print.

Fine details that are below 9pt are too small to be transferred correctly onto the fabric or item. You can fix this by adding a stroke or outline around the small details to make them thicker in order for the white underbase to adhere so that it may be pressed onto the item. Shadows and transparent or translucent gradients are not recommended, as it will start to break, separate and create rugged edges. Quality matters!

Email us your files as either PNG, SVG or PDF for best quality. If you are unsure what your file is or can't get them to send in the best format, you can send it to us anyway and we will have a look at the quality and see what we can do! Along with the designs you want printed, please include how many of each design you need and what width in inches that you need them. If they are for shirts and you are unsure of width in inches, just tell us what size the clothing is (Small, Large, etc) and we will size them accordingly to our size chart. You can find our sizing chart below if you need a reference to ensure you are happy with it! Finally, please leave any additional instruction for your design (background removal or editing) along with your name and your preferred method of contact. Please consider that editing may delay your order processing, as well as come with a fee, especially if the image quality is low or the design is intricate.
